• Meet at public library (Pickaway County Public Library – 1160 N Court Street, Circleville, OH 43113)
• Pick up at 4:30 PM at Kingston National Bank (301 N Court Street, Circleville, OH 43113)

Required: All inbound students.

Optional: All outbound students, parents for informational session only

Details: During this event, Inbounds Students will get to know each other as well as Prospective Outbound Students. Prospective Outbounds, this is you and your parents’ chance to find out more about the program and get to know everyone involved.

There will be an information session for parents at the beginning of this event, so parents please stay an hour upon arrival and get any questions answered that you have about the program! Attendance at an informational session is highly encouraged before submitting an application.

Note, a light lunch will be provided by hosts (please let us know that you’ll be attending!).

It is an event chaperoned by the Rotary Youth Exchange Committee*.

What to Bring: Comfortable shoes and a great attitude.
