District 6690 Conference Overnight Weekend

Required: All Inbound and Outbound students
Details: We will begin at the District Conference Friday evening. Saturday, we will be joining Rotarians for their volunteer event. It is an overnight event chaperoned by the Rotary Youth Exchange Committee*.
Everyone will be attending the District Conference Gala Dinner on Friday evening. Please dress business casual (for men, khaki pants or something similar and a button-up shirt or polo, and for women, skirts, khaki pants or similar and a blouse or button-up shirt. No jeans, shorts or t-shirts, please).
On Saturday morning, all inbound and outbound students will participate in the Flag Ceremony during the conference breakfast. Again, please dress business casual (for men, khaki pants or something similar and a button-up shirt or polo, and for women, skirts, khaki pants or similar and a blouse or button-up shirt. No jeans, shorts or t-shirts, please).
All students, bring your Rotary jackets.
For the volunteer activity scheduled for Saturday afternoon, please wear something comfortable that you don’t mind getting a bit dirty.
What to Bring: Nice clothing (Business casual or nicer), arrive in it on Friday, comfortable clothing, Rotary blazers, Laptops and overnight gear.
