DESCRIPTION:District 6690 Conference Overnight Weekend \nTime: Friday\, April 24th at 4pm to Saturday\, April 25th at 5pm \nLocation: Hilton Columbus / Polaris – 8700 Lyra Dr\, Columbus\, OH 43240 \nRequired: All Inbound and Outbound students \nDetails: We will begin at the District Conference Friday evening. Saturday\, we will be joining Rotarians for their volunteer event. It is an overnight event chaperoned by the Rotary Youth Exchange Committee*. \nEveryone will be attending the District Conference Gala Dinner on Friday evening for the Flag Ceremony. Please dress business casual (for men\, khaki pants or something similar and button up shirt or polo and for women\, skirts\, khaki pants or similar and a blouse or button up shirt.  No jeans\, shorts or t-shirts\, please). \nAll students\, bring your Rotary jackets.  \nFor the volunteer activity scheduled for Saturday afternoon\, please wear something comfortable that you don’t mind getting a bit dirty. \nWhat to Bring: Nice clothing (Business casual or nicer)\, arrive in it on friday\, comfortable clothing\, Rotary blazers\, Laptops and overnight gear. You may want to bring an air mattress as we will be sleeping on the floor of a gym that evening.
