DESCRIPTION:Final Send-Off Student Overnight Weekend \nTime: May 8th from 1 PM to May 9th at 8 AM \nLocation: Please contact Bethany Moore\, District Chair\, bmoore1001@gmail.com for location address \nRequired: All Inbound and Outbound Students \nDetails:  Students are bringing a dish from their country or the country to which they are travelling. \nNote: Students should arrive for training at 1PM\, then plan to spend the night and depart at 8AM on Sunday.  It is an overnight event chaperoned by the Rotary Youth Exchange Committee. Swimming is optional\, depending on the weather. \nAn International Potluck with guests will be held on Saturday\, May 8\, 6-8PM. Students will prepare food for RYE District Family as a “Thank You”! \nWhat to Bring: Sleeping bag/pillow\, air mattress or foam pad\, towel\, toiletries\, casual clothing\, sneakers\, flip flops\, jacket/sweatshirt\, gym clothes\, swim suit (if needed)\, camera\, bug spray/sunscreen (if applicable).
