DESCRIPTION:District 6690 Conference Overnight Weekend \nTime: Friday\, April TBD at 4pm to Saturday\, April TBD at 5pm \nLocation: TBD \nRequired: All Inbound and Outbound students \nDetails: We will begin at the District Conference Friday evening. Saturday\, we will be joining Rotarians for their volunteer event. It is an overnight event chaperoned by the Rotary Youth Exchange Committee*. \nEveryone will be attending the District Conference Gala Dinner on Friday evening. Please dress business casual (for men\, khaki pants or something similar and a button-up shirt or polo\, and for women\, skirts\, khaki pants or similar and a blouse or button-up shirt.  No jeans\, shorts or t-shirts\, please). \nOn Saturday morning\, all inbound and outbound students will participate in the Flag Ceremony during the conference breakfast.  Again\, please dress business casual (for men\, khaki pants or something similar and a button-up shirt or polo\, and for women\, skirts\, khaki pants or similar and a blouse or button-up shirt.  No jeans\, shorts or t-shirts\, please). \nAll students\, bring your Rotary jackets.  \nFor the volunteer activity scheduled for Saturday afternoon\, please wear something comfortable that you don’t mind getting a bit dirty. \nWhat to Bring: Nice clothing (Business casual or nicer)\, arrive in it on Friday\, comfortable clothing\, Rotary blazers\, Laptops and overnight gear.

Swimming is optional\, depending on the weather. \nAn International Potluck with guests will be held on Saturday\, May 8\, 6-8PM. Students will prepare food for RYE District Family as a “Thank You”! \nWhat to Bring: Sleeping bag/pillow\, air mattress or foam pad\, towel\, toiletries\, casual clothing\, sneakers\, flip flops\, jacket/sweatshirt\, gym clothes\, swim suit (if needed)\, camera\, bug spray/sunscreen (if applicable).
