DESCRIPTION:Outbound Student Orientation Weekend – September 13 (1PM – 8AM) \nLocation: Amanda’s House \nSponsored by: Upper Arlington Rotary Club \nRequired: All inbound students.  \nOptional: All outbound students\, parents for informational session only \nDetails: During this overnight event\, inbounds will get to know each other as well as potential outbounds. Outbounds\, this is your chance to find out more about the program and get to know everyone involved.  \nThere will also be an information session for parents at the beginning of this event\, so parents please stay an hour upon arrival and get any questions answered that you have about the program! Attendance at an informational session is highly encouraged before submitting an application \nIt is an overnight event chaperoned by the Rotary Youth Exchange Committee*. \nWhat to Bring: Sleeping bag/pillow\, air mattress or foam pad\, towel\, toiletries\, casual clothing\, sneakers\, flip flops\, jacket/sweatshirt\, gym clothes\, swim suit (if needed)\, camera\, bug spray/sunscreen (if applicable).
