DESCRIPTION:This event will be held from Friday afternoon (after school) thru Saturday afternoon. We will begin at the District Conference Friday evening and spend the evening at the Newark YMCA. Saturday\, we will be joining Rotarians for their volunteer event. \nThings to bring: Laptops and overnight gear. You may want to bring an air mattress as we will be sleeping on the floor of a gym that evening. \nArrival: Please arrive between 4 and 4:30PM at Cherry Valley Lodge (2299 Cherry Valley Rd SE\, Newark\, OH 43055) \nReminders: Everyone will be attending the District Conference Gala Dinner on Friday evening. Please wear something business casual (no jeans\, Inbounds\, please where your Rotary jackets). \nFor the volunteer activity scheduled for Saturday afternoon\, please wear something comfortable that you don’t mind getting a bit dirty. \nDepartures: Pick up will also be at Cherry Valley Lodge on Saturday at 4PM. \nThank you so much to the Newark Rotary Club for sponsoring this event.
